I do not believe in excessive exercise as this leads to exhaustion, hormonal imbalances & slows progress.  I design this package based around my own training, it's intense and fun! I incorporate new protocols all the time so you can do any many programs as you like! My clients get EPIC results. Everyone is different, so the program will be custom-built to suit your body shape and target your problem area. I also factor any imbalances you may have.

Clients check-in weekly or fortnightly with progress shots & feedback & from this I can see if any adjustments need to be made to the meal guidelines or training element, or both.

  • Each package is available as 12-16 Week options (or longer if need be).  

  • Structured meal guidelines & 3-4 x phases of training, each phase lasting 4 weeks. 

  • 12 weeks is an ideal time frame to help get some impressive results & start to form new life-long habits.

  • If you need help with making a complete lifestyle change, 16+ week packages are highly beneficial.

  • All meal guidelines are completely personalised therefore only including the foods you love!  

  • My guidelines have longevity. I do not believe in depriving the body of vital nutrients or cutting entire food groups.

  • List of macronutrients (Carbs, Protein, Fats) to create your own dishes, meal tips & recommended portion sizes are provided.

I do not believe in deprivation "diets" or "quick fix" solutions !
