What makes your program different?
Zoë Daly Pro Fit is a 12-week comprehensive program that is based on principles and methods that are proven to work. Other programs are often very low in calories and require you to spend hours on end working out. My Pro Fit Training Principles are simple: train hard- but recover hard. Training too much will only upset your bodies balance, and the stress can lead to stored fat, making it harder to burn. Besides, who has time to spend endless hours working out? My Pro Fit Nutrition Principles are based on enjoying everything in moderation and should be used in conjunction with the Zoë Daly Pro Fit Training Principles.
Does your program offer support?
No, this is reserved for my coaching clients. Zoë Daly Pro Fit will provide you with exercise and nutrition principles that I am personally using and that my personal clients have been using to achieve their amazing results. However, Zoë Daly Pro Fit is not personalised and doesn't come with the support and accountability that is offered in my lifestyle coaching packages. Does your program come with recipes?
My Pro Fit program was designed to be easy to follow. That’s why I have not included complex recipes that you won’t have time to prepare and cook. Compliance with any program is the key to success and if you don’t have a chance to cook the food on the meal plan, you will not see the results you are after, so simplicity is the key here. What you will get in my Pro Fit program is a delicious meal plan with plenty of variety, meals specially designed to boost your metabolism, feed your muscles and curb any cravings. I’ll also provide you with my top tips on how to meal prep so that you don’t have to spend hours in the kitchen every week. This will also allow you to prepare the food the way you want to because we all love to prepare and cook our foods differently.
Can I swap meals from different days to other days?
It's advised not to, only because your whole day is calculated to fit a target of calories, and macronutrients (carbs, fats, and protein). If you would swap a meal from one day to another, you risk altering your calorie intake and macronutrient ratio. However you can if you need more flexibility.
Is your program suitable for vegetarians?
Yes, absolutely! I have included a Vegetarian & Vegan specific plan just for you.
